- • Attend scheduled sessions punctually or provide adequate notice of cancellation
- • Actively participate in preparation activities and practice sessions
- • Not disrupt or interfere with the services or servers connected to our services
3. Content Guidelines
You must not post, upload, or transmit through our services any content that:
- • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
- • Contains software viruses or any other malicious code
- • Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, or other protected characteristics
- • Is sexually explicit or promotes violence
4. Account Obligations
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAREERWELL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- • Your use or inability to use our services
- • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
- • Any interruption or cessation of our services
- • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services
- • Any errors or omissions in content or any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content
- • Interview outcomes or employment decisions made by third parties
Maximum Liability Cap
In no event shall Careerwell's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to Careerwell for services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000 (ten thousand Indian Rupees), whichever is less.
Exclusions and Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. These limitations and exclusions apply regardless of whether liability arises from contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
Force Majeure
Careerwell shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- • Acts of God, natural disasters, or severe weather conditions
- • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
- • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- • Labor disputes, strikes, or lockouts
- • Failures of telecommunications or internet services
- • Power outages or equipment failures not caused by our negligence
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact and resume normal operations as soon as practicable.
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions:
- The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations
- If negotiations fail, the parties may agree to mediation before pursuing formal legal action
- Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Careerwell regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms at our discretion, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
